Mustafa: severe ties is not a final decision, it does not affect Selangor state government

(Selangor, Petaling Jaya, 7 June) PAS secretary-general Datuk Mustafa Ali said although PAS muktamar has passed the motion of severing ties with DAP, the party has yet to make a final decision and currently it would not affect the Pakatan Rakyat government in Selangor.

He told Sin Chew Daily that the motion is just a suggestion and not a final decision by the party. It would have to be decided by the Ulama Consultative Council.

“As this is just a proposal, the severe ties has yet to be effective and to be executed. Pakatan Rakyat or PAS state assemblymen in Selangor government should have no problem.”
